Who We Are

Logica Fundraising is a dedicated agency to work directly with fundraising professionals to help them deliver their fundraising strategies, via strategic fundraising operations, to give them the best chance to be successful.

This idea has been cultivated over 15 years of working within the fundraising industry and seeing first-hand the challenges facing fundraisers in developing budgets, getting them approved, identifying activities to implement, hoping they will perform all the while managing and developing teams of people and aligning them to the common goal facing everyone in the department - generating the income needed to run vital programs for their charity.

Overlay those strategic challenges with having to identify the right mix of systems and software to enable teams to be more efficient and productive and help them work smarter to provide the space and rime they need to focus on what really matters - positive, fruitful and engaging supporter relationships.

If this wasn’t already complex enough, keeping an eye on trends and benchmarks not only within the industry but on macroeconomic factors, weather patterns and other external factors (like pandemics) that can disrupt even the best of strategies and plans - managing fundraising change is not a buzz-word it is now critical for fundraising success. Fundraising is now even more complex and sophisticated, and we are here to help you navigate this ever changing landscape!

As a team we have over 40 years, corporate, government and non-profit experience to bring to bear on your fundraising challenges.


  • Founder

    Is an executive leader with a commitment to innovation and more than 20 years’ experience using data informing strategy to provide change management, strategic marketing and people impact across both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. As a highly effective communicator, he is adept at building a rapport and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders across large global brands, small non-profits and new start-ups in order to collaborate with and lead teams to deliver high quality outcomes.

    With an undergraduate degree in marketing, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, analytics qualifications from Wharton and Digital Transformation and AI studies at Berkeley Mark has the theory and the practical experience covered.

    As a Prosci certified change practitioner Mark is able to apply all of his experience and knowledge to create the best possible outcomes for his clients.


  • Senior Change Specialist

    Anna is a Senior Change Management Specialist with 16-years’ experience across the government, non-profit and telecommunications sectors. Anna has led enterprise-wide change programs impacting operations, service delivery, digital transformation, governance and regulation, business process, organisational culture and employee engagement.

    Anna has a Change Management Practitioner Certification (Prosci), is a DiSC Accredited Trainer and Behavioural Coach and has Project Management certifications (PMBoK and Agile). Anna’s qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Science (Deakin); Master of Politics and Policy (Deakin); a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (ANU); and a Bachelor of Social Science (RMIT).
